Client Requests and Instructions. 3.1. The Company processes and executes Client requests and instructions in accordance with the Regulations.
3.2. The Company is entitled to decline a Client's request or instruction if any of the conditions set out in the Regulations have not been satisfied before the request or instruction is processed by the Company. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, accept and execute the Client request or instruction, notwithstanding the lack of compliance with the Regulations. If the Company executes the Client request or instruction and subsequently becomes aware of a breach of the conditions of the Regulations, the Company may act in accordance with the Regulations.

However, the «Company» may, at its sole discretion, accept and execute the Client request or instruction, notwithstanding that the lack of compliance with the Regulations. If the Company executes the «Client» request or instruction and subsequently becomes aware of a breach of the conditions of the Regulations, the «Company» may act in accordance with the Regulations.

The Company is entitled to decline a Client's request or instruction if any of the conditions set out in the Terms of Business have not been satisfied before the request or instruction is processed by the Company. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, accept and execute the Client request or instruction, notwithstanding the lack of compliance with Terms of Business. If the Company executes the Client request or instruction and subsequently becomes aware of a breach of the conditions of the Terms of Business, the Company may act in accordance with the Terms of Business.
Client Requests and Instructions. The Client shall be exclusively responsible for authorizing and communicating to GEMISYS all Client Data, requests, or instructions in connection with Services. GEMISYS shall have no authority or duty to supervise the investment of or to make or issue any instructions or recommendations with respect to the operation or disposition of the Client or of any securities, limited partner interests, or other assets owned or controlled by the Client or by Client Investors. Any Client Data, requests, or instructions received by GEMISYS from the Client or duly authorized representatives of the Client shall be deemed to be genuine and duly authorized by the Client, and GEMISYS may rely solely upon their accuracy and upon the authority of the requesting or instructing party in acting upon such. GEMISYS may rely solely upon the accuracy of information or instructions received from Client Investors or their Representatives as is more fully set forth in Section 9.02, below.
Client Requests and Instructions. 11.1 The Company processes and executes Requests and Instructions in accordance with the Terms of Deal.
11.2 The Company has the right to refuse a Request or an Instruction if any of the conditions established in the Business Terms or in the clause
11.3 of this Agreement is breached before the Company processes the Request or Instruction. Without However, the Company may, in its absolute discretion, accept and execute the Request or Instruction, notwithstanding that the conditions in the Terms of Business or in clause 11.3 of this agreement. If the Company executes the Request or Instruction and becomes aware of any breach of the conditions established in the Commercial Terms or in clause 11.3 of this Agreement, the Company may act in accordance with the Commercial Terms. The company You can also set cut times for Instructions or Orders. The Client will not have any claim against the Company arising from the fact that the Customer did not place an Order before of the cutoff time. Cut times are possible due to server maintenance, failures techniques, planned maintenance or renovation process.
11.3 The conditions to which it is made referenced in clause 11.2 are as follows:
(a) a quotation must be obtained from the Company; (b) a quote must not be an indicative quote; (c) if a Budget is provided to the Client through the Client Terminal, the Client Instruction must be delivered while the Budget is valid; (d) The Company receives and accepts the Instruction prior to the interruption of the Internet connection or communication; (e) a quote must not be manifestly erroneous; (F) a quote must not be an error (peak) quote; (g) the size of the transaction should not be less than the minimum transaction size for this instrument indicated in the contract specifications;

4.2. The Company is entitled to decline a Client's request or instruction, if any of the conditions set out in the Regulations have not been satisfied before the request or instruction is processed by the Company. 4.3. If Company executes any Client requests or instructions and subsequently becomes aware of a breach of the conditions of the Regulations, the Company may act in accordance with the Regulations.
4.4. The Client may not transfer rights to third parties, vest any responsibilities, or otherwise transfer or purport to assign rights or obligations under the Regulations.

The Company is entitled to decline a Client’s request or instruction if any of the conditions set out in the Įegal Documents have not been satisfied before the request or instruction is processed by the Company. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, accept and ex- ecute the Client request or instruction, notwithstanding the lack of compliance with the Įe- gal Documents. If the Company executes the Client request or instruction and subsequently becomes aware of a breach of the conditions of the Įegal Documents, the Company may act in accordance with the Įegal Documents.

5.2. 24Domino is entitled to decline a Client's request or instruction if any of the conditions set out in the Legal Documents have not been satisfied before the request or instruction is processed. However, may, at its sole discretion, accept and execute the Client request or instruction, notwithstanding the lack of compliance with the Legal Documents. If the Client’s request or instruction is executed and subsequently such constitutes a breach of the conditions of the Legal Documents, 24Domino may act in accordance with the Legal Documents.
