Climbing. When using the climbing wall, the member is obliged to familiarise himself/herself with the centre’s specific rules for climbing. Breaches of these rules will be dealt with as outlined in point 6. Furthermore, the member must sign a declaration form for climbing before using the climbing wall.

Climbing. By approving the terms and conditions upon enrolment, you sign a declaration of responsibility for climbing, which comes into effect when the member first uses the climbing facility. When using the climbing facility, the member is obliged to follow the centre's climbing rules. Violations of these will be dealt with as explained in point 6. It is required that you hold a Norwegian “Brattkort”, “Topptaukort” or equivalent approved certification from abroad in order to be able to belay in our facility. "With this, I assume full and complete responsibility for my own activity and stay in the climbing facility. If I bring an underage person into the climbing facility, I assume complete responsibility for their activity and stay in the facility. I am aware that climbing is a risky activity that is carried out at one’s own risk. I hereby confirm that I have the necessary knowledge and experience with climbing, climbing equipment and safety techniques to use the climbing facility in a safe manner. I have familiarized myself with and understood the rules for using the climbing facility and the climbing safety poster and undertake to follow these during my stay in the climbing facility. I agree that neither the Kraft Sportssenter with its staff nor the Norwegian Arctic Student Welfare Organization can be held responsible for loss or damage of any kind. I also agree that I myself am responsible for valid accident insurance that covers indoor climbing."
Climbing.  Climbing is a risk activity that you do at your own risk.  You assume full responsibility for your own activity on the climbing wall.  Neither the wall owner nor the staff may be held responsible for any loss or damage inflicted in connection with climbing.  You must follow the rules for safe climbing, as described on the “climbing code” poster.  You must do your utmost to attend to your own safety and the safety of others. The knowledge and skill requirements of the climbing card must be followed. It is one’s own responsibility to arrange accident insurance that covers climbing. A climbing card/lead card is a requirement for belaying. Regular controls are implemented. Any member unable to present such a card during controls may be removed from the climbing wall. All belaying should take place standing, and the person performing the belaying must be no more than two metres from the climbing wall. When top roping in overhangs, intermediate anchors must be used. Please advise of any incorrect belaying.
Climbing. It is recognized that climbing is an inherently dangerous duty which sometimes results in the loss of life. The purpose of this Article is to reduce the hazard to the extent possible while allowing for the work to be accomplished in a safe and expeditious manner.

  • Sprinkler System If there now is or shall be installed in said building a "sprinkler system" the Tenant agrees to keep the appliances thereto in the demised premises in repair and good working condition, and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Exchange or any bureau, department or official of the State or local government requires or recommends that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of the Tenant's business, or the location of partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the demised premises, or if such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment in the demised premises are necessary to prevent the imposition of a penalty or charge against the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate as fixed by said Exchange or by any fire insurance company, the Tenant will at the Tenant's own expense, promptly make and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler head or other equipment. As additional rent hereunder the Tenant will pay to the Landlord, annually in advance, throughout the term 100%, toward the contract price for sprinkler supervisory service.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Fencing The SPD shall Fence the demarcated boundary of the Demised Premises at the SPD’s own expense in every respect.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (000) 000-0000. The irrigation system shall be designed, and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Trees 1.1. The Tenant shall not without the written consent of the Council cut or prune any trees, apart from carrying out the recognised pruning practices of fruit trees. 1.2. The Tenant shall not plant any trees other than dwarf fruiting trees and or fruiting bushes without the prior consent of the Council.

  • Sprinklers Subject to any terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein, Landlord shall provide an operative sprinkler system consisting of mains, laterals, and heads “AS IS” on the date of delivery of the Premises to Tenant. Tenant shall pay for piping distribution, drops and relocation of, or additional, sprinkler system heads and Building firehose or firehose valve cabinets, if Tenant’s Plans and/or any applicable Laws necessitate such.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.
