Common use of Clinic Expenses Clause in Contracts

Clinic Expenses. At any time, an employee who has incurred expenses on his own behalf or on behalf of a dependent for a stay in a clinic that is recognized by the Commission and that specializes in the treatment of alcoholism or drug addition or in therapy for compulsive gambling or conjugal violence, may authorize the Commission to pay, up to the amount of the compulsory annual vacation pay and statutory holiday pay credited to him, such expenses for the stay as cannot be reimbursed under the public health insurance plan.
