Closed Agreement. From the commencement of this Agreement, a party to the Agreement or an employee whose employment is subject to the Agreement shall not pursue further claims for terms and conditions of employment that would have effect during the period of operation of this Agreement, except where consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Closed Agreement. 5.1 This Agreement constitutes a closed Agreement in settlement of all matters pertaining to the relationship between Strathony and the Employees for the duration of the Agreement.
Closed Agreement. (1) This Agreement is a closed Agreement in the settlement of all matters for the duration of the Agreement.
(2) The parties to this Agreement agree that, for the period covered by this Agreement, no further claims may be pursued in relation to terms and conditions of employment by a party to this Agreement or an employee whose employment is subject to this Agreement, whether or not those terms and conditions relate to a matter expressly covered by this Agreement, except where consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Closed Agreement. The parties agree that that there shall be no further claims for remuneration increases of any kind other than those detailed in Schedule of Rates whilst this agreement is in force.
Closed Agreement. This Collective Agreement constitutes a closed agreement in settlement of all matters for its duration.
Closed Agreement. 4.1 During the period starting on the date this Agreement starts operating and ending on the nominal expiry date, no further claims may be pursued in respect of terms and conditions of employment by a person or organisation covered by this Agreement, except where such claims are consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Closed Agreement. 8.1 This Agreement encompasses and deals with all matters referred to herein for its duration. The parties agree there will be no further claims in the life of the Agreement except where consistent with the Agreement.
Closed Agreement. The persons bound by this Agreement shall not make extra claims that affect the employees’ terms and conditions of employment which exist for the period of operation of the Agreement, whether or not those terms and condition relate to a matter that is expressly covered by this Agreement.
Closed Agreement. 8.1 This Agreement constitutes a closed agreement in settlement of all matters for its duration. The parties undertake for the life of the Agreement that there will be no further claims which would increase labour costs, except where consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Closed Agreement. 7.1 This is a comprehensive Agreement which exhaustively states the terms and conditions of employment of the Staff covered by the Agreement other than terms and conditions applying under Commonwealth law or where varied in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
