Closed Agreement. This Collective Agreement constitutes a closed agreement in settlement of all matters for its duration.
Closed Agreement. 5.1 From the commencement of this Agreement, a party to the Agreement or an employee whose employment is subject to the Agreement shall not pursue further claims for terms and conditions of employment that would have effect during the period of operation of this Agreement, except where consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Closed Agreement. The parties agree that that there shall be no further claims for remuneration increases of any kind other than those detailed in Schedule of Rates whilst this agreement is in force.
Closed Agreement. 4.1 During the period starting on the date this Agreement starts operating and ending on the nominal expiry date, no further claims may be pursued in respect of terms and conditions of employment by a person or organisation covered by this Agreement, except where such claims are consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

The parties undertake for the life of this Agreement that there will be no additional claims that would increase labour costs, except where consistent with the terms of the Agreement. The parties agree to commence negotiations for a new Agreement no later than six months prior to the nominal expiry date, with a view to settling a replacement Agreement.
Closed Agreement. 5.1 The parties to this Agreement undertake that for the life of the agreement there will be no further claims over matters encompassed by the Agreement and will be binding upon the employer and its employees whether members of a union or not.
