Extra Claims. With the exception of the clause 2.2.7 there will be no further claims during the period of this Agreement.
Extra Claims. The parties acknowledge that no extra claims will be made during the term of this Agreement.
Extra Claims. The Union, the Company and team members agree that there will be no extra claims for the life of the agreement.
Extra Claims. 10.1.1 The parties agree not to pursue any extra claims relating to any matters covered by this Agreement during the period of operation of this Agreement, unless the Agreement specifically contemplates such extra claim or under provision of clause 13.
Extra Claims. It is a term of this agreement that the unions and all employees bound by this agreement will not pursue any extra claims, award or overaward, for the life of this agreement, including increases arising from award variations or decisions of the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales other than increases that are consistent with the terms of this agreement.
Extra Claims. 18.1 Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement the parties will not make any extra claims relating to wages or changes in conditions of employment or any other matters related to the employment of the employees, whether dealt with in the Agreement or not.
18.2 This Agreement covers all matters or claims that could otherwise be subject to protected action under the Workplace Relations Act 1996, Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act (Cth) 2005 and their successors.
19.1 The parties recognise the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice (the Code).
Extra Claims. The parties and the employees agree that they will not for the duration of this agreement pursue any extra claims on matters on either the company or the employees dealt with by this Agreement.

Extra Claims. (1) From the commencement of this agreement STC, employees, and MEAA will not pursue further claims for terms and conditions of employment that would have effect during the period of operation of this agreement, except where consistent with the terms of this agreement, with the exception of mutually agreed outcomes from a tool allowance and classification review and relevant changes to legislation. Extra Claims. (a) Any additional payments or conditions that are awarded to Ratings on the Reliant through their Reliant industrial instrument related negotiations will automatically flow-on to the Reliant Masters, Officers and Engineers.
(b) It is a term of this Agreement binding upon the Parties covered by this Agreement that no extra claims will be made for the duration of the Agreement subject to the terms of this clause.
(c) The Company shall advise the unions regarding any additional wage increase, payments or conditions that are awarded to Ratings on the Reliant as contained in the Reliant Ratings in term industrial instrument and which will automatically flow- on to the Reliant Masters, Officers and Engineers.
