Closing Conference. The Closing of the transactions provided for herein (the “Closing”) shall take place at the Wilmington, Delaware offices of the Sellers’ attorneys.

Closing Conference. A conference shall be organised during the final period of the project implementation phase. The main goal is to present the results of the project as well as lessons learnt and recommendations to the same audience that attended the kick-off meeting. The Twinning Partners shall decide if they open this meeting to the general public and to the media.

The analysis should also take into account provisions of the draft legal instruments prepared already in the dangerous goods transport field that are at the development and discussion stages. Recommendations on priority further steps and actions for improving the implementation of the EU laws on dangerous goods transport are to be prepared.

Closing Conference. The Closing shall take place in Austin, Texas at the offices of Title Company's agent, Texas American Title Company, on or before the Closing Date unless extended as provided herein.
