Project Implementation Phase definition

Project Implementation Phase means the period commencing from the Effective Date of the Agreement to the date of final acceptance & certification as set out in this Agreement;
Project Implementation Phase means the period between the Effective Date and the Go- Live date, it is expected that the Implementation would be done by SI in a period of 36 weeks from the Effective Date;

Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.
