Cloud Service Providers. A list of, and applicable information relating to the use of the Platform Services on, available Cloud Service Providers is set forth in the Cloud Provider Directory which is incorporated into the Agreement by reference. Databricks may add additional Cloud Service Providers at any time. Instructions on how you may use the Platform Services on the new Cloud Service Provider without needing to enter into a new Order Form may, as applicable, be provided on the Cloud Provider Directory or within a given Order Form.

CyrusOne is at the forefront of the Colocation data center industry. Their portfolio now includes more than 40 enterprise-class facilities across three continents. With more than 4 million square feet of total net rentable square footage (NRSF) and the ability to provide accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) space, CyrusOne is a respected leader. Red River recognizes VMware as a leader in Software Defined Datacenter solutions capable of providing the government with a virtualized and automated on- prem private cloud experience that extends off-prem to secure public clouds Red River views Pivotal as one of the leaders in Platform as a Service (PaaS) application containerization that would prepare applications for seamless portability to and between secure public clouds.
Cloud Service Providers. Notwithstanding Clause 1.4A (Use) of this Agreement or the XXXX, if You are a Cloud Service Provider partner in good standing in the Dell Technologies Partner Program, then Dell grants You a nonexclusive and nontransferable right to use the Products, including any Software licensed by Dell, to provide services to Your clients during the Subscription Term. You may allow clients to use the Products solely in order to access, process and manipulate the information, data and records of Your clients stored on, controlled by or accessed through the Products. You are responsible for any access to and use of Products by your clients as if such access was by You. In your agreement with Your clients for the Subscription, You will not include any terms that contravene or supersede the provisions of this Agreement.
