Club Fees. Recognizing the extra requirement for customer entertainment by the Executive, the Employer will provide for initiation and annual dues payments for one health or luncheon club.

Club Fees. The Annual Dues are due during the first Club meeting every January. This is when current members bring their keys and when the yearly due is paid, you will receive the new keys to the locks. The old keys from the prior year will no longer work after this meeting, and this is the quickest way to ensure you will not lose access to the club for any length of time. If you cannot make it to this meeting, you also have the option of mailing your dues to the above address, and you will receive your new key via mail.
Club Fees. The Executive will pay his own dues for his membership in the Xxxxxx Country Club. The Company will pay any assessments (grossed up to include taxes) incurred by the Executive arising from his membership in the Xxxxxx Country Club.

The initial payment from each player is to open the Team’s bank account and make payments for tournament registrations. Team Fee: An Additional monthly fee may be required from each player to cover team expenses (tournament registrations, 2nd tier league referee fees (1st tier paid by club), coach’s travel expenses, etc., not covered by the initial Team Start-Up fee. The monthly amount is determined after the players have accepted a position on the team and the number of tournaments/travel plans has been determined.
