CMA Staff. The CMA shall assign and dedicate personnel and/or subcontractors to a Project sufficient in number, and with the requisite expertise and experience, to perform the duties described in the Project. Having adequate CMA staff at all phases of a Project is a requirement of the Contract and is the responsibility of the CMA. APS has the right to request additional staff with requisite experience be added to the Work at any time at no cost to APS if, in its sole discretion, it feels the Project is under or incorrectly staffed; said supplemental staff shall be provided at no additional cost to APS.
