Common use of CM's Staff Clause in Contracts

CM's Staff. The CM shall maintain sufficient off-site support staff and competent full-time staff at the Project Site authorized to act on behalf of the CM to coordinate, inspect and provide general direction of the work and progress of the subcontractors and the CM shall provide no less than those personnel during the respective phases of construction. The CM shall not change any of those persons unless mutually agreed to by the Owner and CM. In such case, the Owner shall have the right to approval of the qualifications of the replacement personnel. The Owner shall have the right to request to replace the staff at the Project site at any time during the construction. The CM shall comply with the CM Background Screening Affidavit attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit E.
