CO-OPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. 20.1 The Contractor recognises the importance of it co-operating with the DCC and the relevant DCC Service Providers in order to ensure that the DCC is able to provide the DCC Services in a successful and timely manner and in accordance with the DCC Obligations.

CO-OPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. 1. In case of cooperation with third parties including subcontractors, the Partner concerned shall remain solely responsible to the Promoter concerning compliance with its obligations as set out in this Partnership Agreement.
CO-OPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. 7.1 In case of cooperation with third parties, including subcontractors, the concerned Project Partner shall remain solely responsible to the Executing Entity concerning compliance with its obligations as set out in this Partnership Agreement. The Executing Entity shall be informed by the Partner about the subject and party of any contract concluded with a third party.
CO-OPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. 13.1 The Contractor shall co-operate with any sub-contractor of Client which Client notifies to the Contractor from time to time specifying the areas in which cooperation is necessary and the necessary actions, if any, which the Contractor is requested to undertake. The Contractor may request that the matter be subject to the Change Control Procedure which shall, if applicable, determine what Charge may be made for such co-operation. If Client requires the Contractor to work with a Contractor Competitor, Client shall procure that the Contractor will not be required to disclose its Intellectual Property Rights or any of its Confidential Information to such Contractor Competitor, and that such representatives from such Contractor Competitor cannot, without the Contractor’s prior written consent, enter the Premises or give instructions to Staff. * Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to this portion of the agreement, and such confidential portion has been deleted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
CO-OPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. (a) Rapid Circle may comply with reasonable written requests by the Customer to cooperate with any of Customer's third-party consultants and suppliers for the purpose of Rapid Circle’s obligations under this Agreement, provided Customer agrees in writing to pay all reasonable fees incurred by Rapid Circle in complying with such requests, at the rates specified in the relevant Services Agreement.
CO-OPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. If the Customer’s network is wholly or partly managed by a third party (e.g. sub- contractors), the Customer is responsible for the collaboration of this third party with C&W Guernsey.
