DCC Services definition

DCC Services means any and all services to be provided by the DCC to the DCC Service Users or to any other person (including the provision of information relating to Smart Meters) in connection with such DCC Services or the DCC Licence;
DCC Services means any services to be provided by the DCC to the DCC Service Users; "DCC Service Providers" any third party with whom the DCC enters into an agreement for the provision of good and/or services (including any replacements for or successors of such persons from time to time);
DCC Services means our dynamic currency conversion services.

DCC Services means the services more particularly described in clause 4.2 of this Agreement.
DCC Services means dynamic currency conversion services more particularly described in clause 13 of these Terms and Conditions. "DCC Services Participation Payment" means the percentage discount to be made by the Merchant to ADIB as more particularly set out in the Merchant Application.

DCC Service User means (other than the DCC): (a) each person who receives or is to receive any services from the DCC (including any Other SEC Party) (other than any person acting solely as an Energy Consumer); and (b) each person who is a SEC Party. DCC Software Means software which is owned by or licensed to the DCC. DSP Data Services Provider The Provider of Data processing Services to the DCC in support of Smart Metering in Great Britain. The DSP is a DCC Service Provider.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
