Coalition Representative. The Coalition shall designate one individual as the “Coalition Representative” authorized to speak or act on behalf of the Coalition for all purposes under this Agreement. The Coalition Representative may designate one or more assistants to assist the Representative in speaking or acting on behalf of the Coalition with respect to any specific program or activity or any other matter. The Coalition shall provide LAWA with contact information for the Coalition Representative upon request made to the addresses listed in the “Notice” section below. Each Organization may be contacted through the Coalition addresses set forth in the “Notice” section below.
