Common use of COFFEE TIME Clause in Contracts

COFFEE TIME. A. It is agreed that all employees of the Employer covered by this Agreement will be permitted fifteen (15) minutes time both in the morning and afternoon to drink coffee or refreshments on the job during regular working hours and at the conclusion of the eighth (8th) hour where ten (10) or more hours are worked in a shift. It is, however, understood that this shall be done in such a manner as to not stop the normal operation of the job.
