Common use of Cold Places Clause in Contracts

Cold Places. An FTM who works for more than one hour in places where the temperature is reduced by artificial means below 0 degrees Celsius is entitled to 45 cents per hour in addition to their ordinary hourly rate while working in such conditions. Where the work continues for more than two hours an FTM is entitled to a paid rest pauses of 20 minutes every two hours work until work in such conditions cease.
