Collection at CITY Facilities. Contractor will collect Solid Waste from open street receptacles and all municipal buildings at no cost to City. Such collection locations shall include, without limitations, the following: City Hall, Public Safety Building, City Garage, Morgantown Public Library, the Xxxx Center, Metropolitan Theater, Morgantown History Museum, Morgantown Municipal Airport, South Side Fire Station, North Side Fire Station, Xxxxxxx Fire Station, Morgantown Marketplace Pavilion, Xxxxxxx Xxxx (two containers), Xxxxxx Park (containers), Xxxxxx’x Knob Park (containers), White Park Ice Arena (roll-off), White Park (ballfields - containers), Maintenance Shop (roll-off), Xxxxx Hill (dumpster), Valley Crossing (roll-off), bus stop locations to be identified by the City in cooperation with the Mountain Line Transit Authority, and any on-shore facility established for collection and storage of refuse and/or recycling accumulating at the Morgantown Lock and Dam on the Monongahela River.

Related to Collection at CITY Facilities

  • Rest Facilities The District shall designate restroom and lunchroom facilities at each work site.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES The Association shall be permitted to use City facilities with prior Management approval for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities are available to other organizations and individuals, and to the extent that such use of the facility will not interfere with normal departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time unless other arrangements are made with management. If the use of a facility normally requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, the Association will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) or facility.

  • LIS Entrance Facilities 7.3.1.1.1 Recurring and nonrecurring rates for LIS Entrance Facilities are specified in Exhibit A and will apply for those DS1 or DS3 facilities dedicated to use as LIS.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.

  • Entrance Facilities 7.3.1.1.1 Recurring and nonrecurring rates for Entrance Facilities are specified in Exhibit A and will apply for those DS1 or DS3 facilities dedicated to use by LIS.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • Entrance Facility The facilities between a Party's designated premises and the Central Office serving that designated premises.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.

  • Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.
