COLLECTION OF SERVICE FEES. The City will use all lawful means to collect the annual service fee(s) from those obligated to pay such fee(s) and who fail or refuse to do so. The City will make reasonable effort to collect delinquent fees in a timely fashion.

COLLECTION OF SERVICE FEES. As and from the Closing, Buyer undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to collect in a timely fashion outstanding amounts under the customer/channel partner/reseller agreements. Any amounts collected by Buyer on behalf of fees due and owing to Seller prior to the Closing shall be delivered promptly to Seller by Buyer.
