Collection Quality. All CONTRACTOR's employees shall make 19 Collections as reasonably quiet as possible and shall avoid unnecessary 20 disturbance. CONTRACTOR and its employees shall not trespass or loiter 21 on Customers' property and shall use due care in entering and exiting such 22 property, using paved walks or surfaces where practicable.
Collection Quality a) For each occurrence of failure to properly return empty Containers, and replace Container lids, to avoid pedestrian or vehicular traffic impediments or to place Containers upright which exceeds ten (10) such occurrences annually: $100.00

  • WARRANTY/QUALITY Unless a longer warranty is called for elsewhere in the Contract, Contractor, manufacturer, or their assigned agents shall guarantee the workmanship, product or Services performed against defective workmanship, defects or failures of materials for a minimum period of one (1) year from District’s written approval of the Work. All workmanship and merchandise must be warranted to be in compliance with applicable California energy, conservation, environmental, and educational standards.

  • Image Quality You are responsible for the image quality of any Image that you transmit. If an Image that we receive from you or for deposit to your Account is not of sufficient quality to satisfy our image quality standards as we may establish them from time to time, we may reject the Image without prior notice to you. Each Image must include the front and back of the Item and the following information must be clearly readable: amount, payee name, drawer signature, date, check number, account number, routing and transit number, MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) line, and any endorsement or other information written on the check.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting Evaluation 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Association. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later than eight (8) weeks after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association of the overall Project Report.
