COLLECTION TIME. All items to be picked up must be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the regular collection day. Do not place trash out more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled collection date. The exact time of collection depends on the volume of trash placed out and the number of crews picking up trash that day, so pick up times can vary on any given day. There is no solid waste pick up service on holidays observed by the City of Coweta. HOUSEHOLD WASTE: Limit of fourteen (14) 33 gallon bags of waste, per household, per pickup day. Loose items in a trash can, or on the ground, will not be picked up. All tree limbs, brush, and lumber must be cut in four foot lengths and tied into one (1) foot diameter bundles. Limbs larger than two (2) feet in diameter will require a bulk pick up for an additional fee. Large items that do not meet the criteria above must be scheduled for a bulk pickup for an additional fee.

COLLECTION TIME. Unless otherwise agreed with Motorhome Hire in writing, the motorhome will be available on the day of collection at our collection point at 2.00pm. Hirers who are excessively late of their pick up time (2 hours +) without any prior communication may risk having their booking cancelled, as they will be viewed as no shows. There will be no refund provided in this circumstance. It is the responsibility of the hirer to allow for a time period of 1 hour upon collection of the vehicle for the necessary documents and safety checks to be carried out. No hire will be permissible to commence until the aforementioned checks have taken place, therefore the hirer must allow for this time within their travel plans.

  • Settlement Date For any Option, the second Business Day immediately following the final Valid Day of the Settlement Averaging Period for such Option.

  • Collections All collections of monies or other property in respect, or which are to become part, of the Property (but not the safekeeping thereof upon receipt by PFPC Trust) shall be at the sole risk of the Fund. If payment is not received by PFPC Trust within a reasonable time after proper demands have been made, PFPC Trust shall notify the Fund in writing, including copies of all demand letters, any written responses and memoranda of all oral responses and shall await instructions from the Fund. PFPC Trust shall not be obliged to take legal action for collection unless and until reasonably indemnified to its satisfaction. PFPC Trust shall also notify the Fund as soon as reasonably practicable whenever income due on securities is not collected in due course and shall provide the Fund with periodic status reports of such income collected after a reasonable time.

  • Payments from the Gross Settlement Amount The Administrator will make and deduct the following payments from the Gross Settlement Amount, in the amounts specified by the Court in the Final Approval:

  • Custodial Account Funds in any custodial accounts established by the Servicer and maintained in respect of the REMIC may be invested and, if invested, shall be invested in Eligible Investments selected by the Servicer which shall mature not later than the Business Day immediately preceding the next Remittance Date, and any such Eligible Investment shall not be sold or disposed of prior to its maturity. All such Eligible Investments shall be made in the name of the REMIC or its nominee. All income and gain realized from any such investment shall be, as long as the Servicer is servicing the Mortgage Loans held by the REMIC, for the benefit of the Servicer as additional compensation and shall be subject to its withdrawal or order from time to time. The amount of any losses incurred in respect of any such investments shall be deposited in the relevant account by the Servicer out of its own funds immediately as realized. The foregoing requirements for deposit in such account are exclusive, it being understood and agreed that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, payments of interest on funds in such account and, as long as the Servicer is servicing the Mortgage Loans held by the REMIC, payments in the nature of prepayment fees, late payment charges, assumption fees or any similar fees customarily associated with the servicing mortgage loans paid by any mortgagor need not be deposited by the Servicer in such account and may be retained by the Servicer as additional servicing compensation. If the Servicer deposits in such account any amount not required to be deposited therein, it may at any time withdraw such amount, any provision herein to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Union Time The Union President or his designated representative(s) shall have available a bank of two hundred (200) hours maximum per contract year to conduct Union business. This means the combined hours used by the Union President and his designated representative(s) to conduct the above described activities shall not exceed two hundred (200) hours per contract year. Such leave shall be provided upon written notice by the Union submitted to the Department Head not less than one (1) calendar week in advance of the requested date, or in the event that the one week notice is not possible, it shall be provided with reasonable notice. The designated representative(s) will consist of any PAGE board member, the two Vice-Presidents, Chief Xxxxxxx, Secretary, and Treasurer.   • CUSTODIAL ACCOUNTS It is agreed that all accounts opened under the Uniform Gift to Minors Act (UGMA), the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act (UTMA), or similar state statutes will be properly created and that all property so transferred will be done in compliance with such applicable statutes. There will be good faith reliance upon the instructions given, representations made and actions taken by a transferor or custodian. Further, the custodian represents and warrants that the assets in the account belong to the minor and that all such assets, whether or not transferred out of the UGMA or UTMA account, will only be used for the benefit of the minor.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Sample Collection The collection and testing of the samples shall be performed only by a laboratory and by a physician or health care professional qualified and authorized to administer and determine the meaning of any test results. The laboratory performing the test shall be one that is certified by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA). The laboratory chosen must be agreed to between the Union and the Employer. The laboratory used shall also be one whose procedures are periodically tested by the NIDA where they analyze unknown samples sent to an independent party. The results of employee’s tests shall be made available to the Medical Review Officer. Collection of urine samples shall be conducted in a manner, which provides the highest degree of security for the sample and freedom from adulteration. Recognized strict chain of custody procedures must be followed for all samples as set by NIDA. The Union and the Employer agree that security of the biological urine samples is absolutely necessary therefore the Employer agrees that if the security of the sample is compromised in anyway, any positive test shall be invalid and may not be used for any purpose. Urine samples will be submitted as per NIDA Standards. Employees have the right for Union or legal counsel representative to be present during the submission of the sample. A split sample shall be reserved in all cases for an independent analysis in the event of a positive test result. All samples must be stored in a scientific acceptable preserved manner as established by NIDA. All positive confirmed samples and related paperwork must be retained by the laboratory for at least six (6) months or for the duration of any grievance, disciplinary action or legal proceedings whichever is longer. At the conclusion of this period, the paperwork and specimen shall be destroyed. Tests shall be conducted in a manner to ensure that an employee’s legal drug use and diet does not affect the test results.
