Travel Plans. A. The MDHHS will be the central coordinating agency for the patient transport. Local and state authorities will assist in planning the path of travel so as to assist in the event of an emergency. B. A predetermined route will be planned in conjunction with the sending facility, transport agency, receiving facility or airport, and any facilities in between sending facility and receiving facility that are willing to participate and accommodate transport crews for crew changes or emergency procedures. a. Path of travel should be planned out in a way that will keep transport crews on as many major roads as possible to ease the ability of possible responding ems agencies to locate them in the event of an emergency or accident. b. Consider communication to potential Medical Control Authority along the path of travel in the event that assistance is required. c. Transport team shall attempt to solve any in transport emergencies without involving any outside responding agencies whenever possible. d. During transport, hospitals located along an extended route (over 2 hours) may act as Patient Transfer Points (PTP). PTP will be identified and notified prior to patient transport. Although the patient will not leave the transport vehicle, PTP may be used to allow EMS personnel to change staff.
Travel Plans. 2.1 With effect from the date of the Section 73 Planning Permission the Operator shall implement the approved Construction Travel Plan and subsequently until completion of the Development operate and maintain the Construction Travel Plan. 2.2 During the period of construction of the Development the Council (as local planning authority and local highway authority) and the Operator shall meet at least every 12 months and at that meeting review the effectiveness of the Construction Travel Plan for each Phase that is under construction against their respective objectives and targets and if the objectives and targets in that Travel Plan are not being met use reasonable endeavours to agree revised proposals to achieve those objectives and targets. 2.3 From the date of the Section 73 Planning Permission the Operator shall implement the approved Travel Plan in accordance with the programme of implementation set out within it. 2.4 On the occasion of the first anniversary of the date of this Agreement and subsequently every five years the Operator shall produce and submit to the Council for its written approval a report on the Travel Plan which shall:‌ (A) identify how the relevant travel plan has been performing against the agreed objectives and targets described in the travel plan; and (B) if appropriate, the proposals and remedies to improve performance of the travel plan to meet the agreed objectives and targets described in the travel plan (including without limitation modal split). In either case if the report submitted by the Operator pursuant to paragraph 2.4 of this Schedule evidences in the reasonable opinion of the Council a travel plan which is not achieving the objectives and targets of the approved Travel Plan and does not include adequate proposals and/or remedies to achieve such objectives and targets, then the Operator shall submit to the Council for its approval in writing modified proposals and/or remedies or modified targets (including without limitation targets for modal split) for the relevant plan. This process shall be repeated as often as reasonably necessary until such revised proposals and/or remedies or such revised targets are approved by the Council. 2.5 The Operator shall implement the approved Travel Plan with any approved modifications arising from the review and reporting procedure identified in paragraph 2.4 of this Schedule and shall submit a copy of any such modified Travel Plan (following the review and reporting procedure or ot...

Travel Plans. A Travel Plan Framework agreed with SCC will be appended to the Agreement as the basis for Travel Plans relating to individual parts of the development to be prepared by the developers for agreement with SCC and implementation. A Monitoring Fee will be paid to SCC and the individual Travel Plans will require the appointment of Travel Plan Co-ordinators at the expense of the developers.

Travel PlansBusiness Unit quarterly travel plans shall be prepared using the Travel Plan Template and shall take into account the relevant travel allotment and/or programme budget. The plans shall include proposed travel of all staff and shall be reviewed and signed by the respective Supervisor and then forwarded for signature to the respective Head of Office. For travel by Heads of Offices, travel plans shall be developed and forwarded for signature to their respective supervisors. All official travel must be authorized in writing before it is undertaken. Requests for travel that are not included in the approved travel plans are to be submitted through electronic informal communication (e-mail) to their supervisor and, after supervisor’s approval, to their respective Head of Office. The request must include the information as per 2.7 as well as reason why the travel was not included in the travel plan.
