– COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT APPLICABILITY. 2.01 Where applicable, the following terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement will apply to all Brokers and the word “Broker” shall replace the word “Employee”: Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 20, 21.11, 23, 24, and 32 In the event of a conflict between a term and condition of the Collective Agreement and this Schedule “B” the terms and conditions of Schedule “B” will apply and supersede the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
