Collective Bargaining Leave. In addition to regular Union leave, during the period of negotiation with the Employer the Union may designate a reasonable number of additional employees to serve on the negotiating team for collective bargaining. The Employer will not interfere with the employees’ ability to participate in collective bargaining, including any preparatory and planning meetings necessary.
