Common use of Collective Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining. Time spent by employees who are members of the CSSBA Bargaining Committee will be without loss of pay for time spent in direct negotiations with the Employer with CSSEA for the renewal of this collective agreement. The application of this provision will be limited to a combined maximum of 125 workdays for the Community Living Services and the General Services Agreement.

Collective Bargaining.
