College Official's Decision. Within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the point rating by factor from the Union, the College Official shall give his/her decision in writing. It is understood that the grievance cannot proceed further until the point rating by factor and the specific disagreements on the PDF, if any, have been received by the College Official, in writing from the Union.
