College Philosophy. The College encourages faculty research and scholarship as inherent parts of its educational mission. In this connection, the College acknowledges the right of faculty to prepare and publish, through individual initiative, articles, pamphlets, instructional materials and books that are copyrighted by the authors or their publishers and that may generate royalty income for the authors.
