Collision Coverage. Subject to the limits of liability, we will pay for loss to your insured car, its additional equipment and any non-owned car caused by any direct, sudden and accidental collision, less any applicable deductibles, if Collision Coverage is shown on your Declarations Page. Any deductible amount will apply separately to each loss. In addition, we will pay, without applying the deductible, the reasonable cost to replace any child safety seat damaged in an accident to which this coverage applies.
Collision Coverage. If the premium for Collision Coverage was paid when due and that coverage is shown on the declarations page, we will pay, subject to all Policy terms, for loss caused by impact with any object or person, or overturning or upset, to:

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, provide additional insured coverage to The Government of the District of Columbia
b. Coverage available to the additional insureds shall apply on a primary and non- contributing basis as respects any other insurance, deductibles, or self-insurance available to the additional insureds
c. A waiver of subrogation in favor of The Government of the District of Columbia
d. Defense costs shall be in addition to and not erode the limits of liability e. If applicable, include Form CA 99 48 03 06 Pollution Liability - Broadened Coverage for Covered Autos - Business Auto, Motor Carrier and Truckers (or it’s equivalent)
Collision Coverage. If a premium is shown for a car on the Declarations page for rental car allowance and that car is withdrawn from service due to a loss covered by Physical Damage coverage of this policy, we will reimburse YOU for expenses YOU incur to rent a temporary substitute car from a licensed rental car company, up to OUR limit shown on the Declarations page. Any payment made for transportation under any other coverage in this policy is deducted from OUR payment for RENTAL CAR ALLOWANCE coverage. RENTAL CAR ALLOWANCE coverage applies as excess coverage only, over any other applicable motor club or rental reimbursement coverage. YOU must provide US with written proof of YOUR rental car expense from a licensed rental car company.
