Common use of COMBINED CLASSIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

COMBINED CLASSIFICATIONS. (a) When an employee works less than twenty (20) hours in any one week in a higher classification than that in which he/she is regularly employed, he/she shall be paid by the hour for hours worked at the higher classification. (b) When an employee works more than twenty (20) hours in any one week in a higher classification than that in which he/she is regularly employed, he/she shall be paid at the rate of the highest classification for all hours worked.
