Combining Annual Bus Routes or Mid-Day Routes. In the event the District elects to combine annual bus routes or combine mid-day routes the following will apply: A. If two (2) or more Annual Bus Routes (Section 2 of this article) are combined after such routes have been bid, which results in the elimination of a complete Annual Bus Route, the District may assign the remaining Annual Bus Route in the most efficient manner. Efficiency being equal, the senior driver and or aide shall retain the combined Annual Bus Route. B. If two (2) or more Mid-Day Bus Routes (Section 3 of this article) are combined after such routes have been bid, which results in the elimination of a complete Mid-Day Bus Route, the District may assign the remaining Mid-Day Bus Route in the most efficient manner. Efficiency being equal, the senior driver and or aide shall retain the combined Mid-Day Bus Route.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Assignment This Agreement and all rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned without the written consent of the other party.

  • NOW, THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:

  • Term The term of this Agreement will be ten (10) years from the Effective Date (as such term may be extended pursuant to Section 4.2, the “Term”).

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.

  • WHEREAS the Company desires the Warrant Agent to act on behalf of the Company, and the Warrant Agent is willing to so act, in connection with the issuance, registration, transfer, exchange, redemption and exercise of the Warrants; and

  • General The Trustee shall keep proper books of record and account of all the transactions of each Trust under this Indenture at its corporate trust office, including a record of the name and address of, and the Units issued by each Trust and held by, every Unit holder, and such books and records of each Trust shall be open to inspection by any Unit holder of such Trust at all reasonable times during the usual business hours. The Trustee shall make such annual or other reports as may from time to time be required under any applicable state or federal statute or rule or regulations thereunder.

  • Termination In the event that either Party seeks to terminate this DPA, they may do so by mutual written consent so long as the Service Agreement has lapsed or has been terminated. Either party may terminate this DPA and any service agreement or contract if the other party breaches any terms of this DPA.

  • IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
