Commencement of Contract Times; Notice to Proceed. The term of this contract will commence on the date when the last required signature is affixed hereto. The Contract Times will commence to run on the date stated in the Notice to Proceed given by the Owner along with this Agreement.

The Contract Times will commence to run on the thirtieth day after the Effective Date of the Agreement or, if a Notice to Proceed is given, on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
