Commencement of Operation of Said Club. The Owners/Promoters reasonably expects that the Said Club shall be made operational after the entirety of the Said Complex/Whole Project is completed and made ready. The Allottees understands and accepts that the Completion Date of the Said Apartment has no connection and correlation with the Said Club becoming operational and the Allottees shall not raise any claim or objection in this regard.

  • PERIOD OF OPERATION Subject to certification, this Agreement shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st December 2002 and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005.
