Commencing and Ceasing Duty. 6.1.1 The Company may require an Employee to start and cease work at a specified construction site or other location other than the Company yard. 6.1.2 The Company provides Employees with transport free of charge from the Employee’s home to the work location and return. Employees shall ensure that they are available to meet with transport provided by the Company, at a time appointed by the Company. 6.1.3 Time spent by an Employee travelling from their home to the job and return outside ordinary hours shall not be regarded as time worked.

Commencing and Ceasing Duty. (i) The Company may require an employee to start and cease work at a specified yard, depot, or work site other than their normal work location. The Company may also direct the employee to park a vehicle at that specified yard, depot, or work site other than their normal work location. (ii) Time spent by an employee travelling from his or her home to the job and return outside ordinary hours shall not be regarded as time worked. (iii) Where Company requires an employee to commence work at a location other than their normal work location, the Company shall: - (a) Pay the employee at the ordinary rate of pay for all time reasonably spent in reaching the other location in excess of the time normally spent in travelling to the normal work place. (b) Reimburse the employee for any excess fares or other travel expenses reasonably incurred in travelling to the other location assigned as the employees’ starting place.

  • Continued Healthcare If Executive elects to receive continued healthcare coverage pursuant to the provisions of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended (“COBRA”), the Company shall directly pay, or reimburse Executive for, the premium for Executive and Executive’ s covered dependents through the earlier of (i) the six (6) month anniversary of the Termination Date and (ii) the date Executive and Executive’s covered dependents, if any, become eligible for healthcare coverage under another employer’s plan(s). After the Company ceases to pay premiums pursuant to the preceding sentence, Executive may, if eligible, elect to continue healthcare coverage at Executive’s expense in accordance the provisions of COBRA.

  • Short Sales and Confidentiality After The Date Hereof Each Purchaser severally and not jointly with the other Purchasers covenants that neither it nor any Affiliate acting on its behalf or pursuant to any understanding with it will execute any Short Sales during the period commencing at the Discussion Time and ending at the time that the transactions contemplated by this Agreement are first publicly announced as described in Section 4.6.   • Extended Health Care The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee seventy-five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health $15-25 deductible plan including hearing aids with a maximum of $300.00 per person and vision care with a maximum of $150.00 every 24 months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Any Hospital currently paying more than 75% of the premium shall continue to do so. The drug formulary shall be as defined by Liberty Health Formulary Three.
