Rate of Pay on Appointment from Layoff List When an individual is appointed from a layoff list to a position in the same class in which the person was previously employed, the person shall be paid at the same salary step at which such employee was being paid at the time of layoff.
Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within ninety (90) calendar days of the work week in which the overtime was earned or, with the employee’s agreement, within 12 months of that work week.
Opening of Tender The tenderer is at liberty either himself or authorize not more than one representative to be present at the opening of the tender. The representative attending the opening of the tender on behalf of the tender should bring with him a letter of authority from the tenderer and proof of identification.
Audit and the National Audit Office E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority.
