Common use of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Clause in Contracts

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). A CDL premium is built in to the rates in Appendix A. The Company will provide employees paid time outside their usual work schedule as needed for required medical and license examinations of up to one day for standard CDL or CDL with Special Endorsements. Employees with Tanker/Hazmat Endorsement will receive an additional $.50 per hour for the shift in which they perform Tanker/Hazmat hauling.
