COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE HOLDERS. The Union acknowledges that the City has adopted a policy that implements the provision of federal law governing alcohol and drug testing for holders of commercial drivers’ licenses (CDL). Following negotiation both parties have agreed that in addition to the applicable provisions of the policy, the following shall apply to the administration of the policy:
