Commercial Energy Payments. The Buyer shall pay to the Seller the Commercial Energy Payment for all Commercial Energy sold by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer during each Billing Period at the Commercial Energy Tariff.

Commercial Energy Payments. 8.2.1 The Buyer shall pay to the Seller the Commercial Energy Payment for all Commercial Energy sold by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer during each Billing Period after the Commercial Operation Date at the Commercial Energy Tariff. 8.2.2 The Commercial Energy Price during the first year of the Operating Period shall be R1,02 (excluding VAT) for each kWh measured at the PUC and delivered to the Delivery Point. 8.2.3 The price paid by the Buyer for the Commercial Energy shall escalate annually on the anniversary of the Commercial Operation Date. Such escalation shall be calculated in accordance with the Consumer Price Index as set forth in Schedule 1 Part 3 (Energy Rates and Indexation) or, in the event that the Consumer Price Index becomes unavailable or is discontinued or is re-based, re-weighted or re-classified, in accordance with such other index or rate as the Parties shall agree.
Commercial Energy Payments. (a) The Buyer shall pay to the Seller the Commercial Energy Payment for all Commercial Energy sold by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer during each Billing Period relatable to up to one hundred per cent (100%) of the Net Generation Profile, at the Feed – in Tariff rate in accordance with Schedule 3. (b) The Buyer shall pay to the Seller the Commercial Energy Payment for all Commercial Energy sold by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer during each Billing Period relatable to above one hundred per cent (100%) of the Forecasted Net Generation Profile of the Source Facility, at the Feed – in Tariff rate. (c) The Buyer shall not be liable to make any payments to the Seller for Commercial Energy sold by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer during each Billing Period relatable to Capacity in excess of the Net Capacity of the Source Facility.

  • Energy Conservation The Contractor agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.

  • Electric Storage Resources Developer interconnecting an electric storage resource shall establish an operating range in Appendix C of its LGIA that specifies a minimum state of charge and a maximum state of charge between which the electric storage resource will be required to provide primary frequency response consistent with the conditions set forth in Articles 9.5.5, 9.5.5.1, 9.5.5.2, and 9.5.5.3 of this Agreement. Appendix C shall specify whether the operating range is static or dynamic, and shall consider (1) the expected magnitude of frequency deviations in the interconnection; (2) the expected duration that system frequency will remain outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (3) the expected incidence of frequency deviations outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (4) the physical capabilities of the electric storage resource; (5) operational limitations of the electric storage resources due to manufacturer specification; and (6) any other relevant factors agreed to by the NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner, and Developer. If the operating range is dynamic, then Appendix C must establish how frequently the operating range will be reevaluated and the factors that may be considered during its reevaluation. Developer’s electric storage resource is required to provide timely and sustained primary frequency response consistent with Article 9.5.5.2 of this Agreement when it is online and dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. This excludes circumstances when the electric storage resource is not dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or dispatched to receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. If Developer’s electric storage resource is charging at the time of a frequency deviation outside of its deadband parameter, it is to increase (for over-frequency deviations) or decrease (for under-frequency deviations) the rate at which it is charging in accordance with its droop parameter. Developer’s electric storage resource is not required to change from charging to discharging, or vice versa, unless the response necessitated by the droop and deadband settings requires it to do so and it is technically capable of making such a transition.

  • Payment of Utilities Pay for electricity and all other utilities consumed in or relating to the Subject Unit and proportionately for the Common Portions.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges.

  • Additional Resources The WLSC may establish workgroups that include other department representatives and/or subject matter experts. These subcommittees shall conform with rules established by the WLSC.

  • Natural Gas 21.1 Subject to Article 21.2, the Indian domestic market shall have the first call on the utilisation of Natural Gas discovered and produced from the Contract Area. Accordingly, any proposal by the Contractor relating to Discovery and production of Natural Gas from the Contract Area shall be made in the context of the Government's policy for the utilisation of Natural Gas and shall take into account the objectives of the Government to develop its resources in the most efficient manner and to promote conservation measures. 21.2 The Contractor shall have the right to use Natural Gas produced from the Contract Area for the purpose of Petroleum Operations including reinjection for pressure maintenance in Oil Fields, gas lifting and captive power generation required for Petroleum Operations. 21.3 For the purpose of sales in the domestic market pursuant to this Article 21, the Contractor shall have freedom to market the Gas and sell its entitlement.

  • COMMON UTILITIES Expenses for serving/supply of common facilities and utilities and all charges incidental thereto.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.
