Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant. A. In addition to the Fiber Access local incentive and the BPOL Reduction Incentive Grant, as part of the required local matching funds, subject to appropriation, the County, through the XXX, will fund an annual incentive grant, for up to ten (10) calendar tax years, effectively reducing all or a portion of the increase in Lidl’s Arlington County real estate taxes resulting from the increase, if any, in the assessed value of the Lidl Facility, which is determined by the Arlington County Department of Real Estate Assessments to be directly attributable to the approximately $15.4 million “up fit” of the Lidl Facility as part of the Capital Investment (the “Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant” and together with the BPOL Reduction Incentive Grant, the “Arlington County Incentive Grants”). B. The Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant will have an estimated value to Lidl through the Performance Date of approximately One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,450,000.00). The actual amount of the Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant will be determined pursuant to subsection d) (ii) below. In the event the County fails to appropriate funds sufficient to cover the Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grants due to Lidl pursuant to this Agreement, then the County will make best efforts to fulfill its commitments using funds from other legally available sources. The County Manager will take all appropriate steps, and the XXX shall cooperate with the County Manager, as necessary, to seek County appropriations required to fund the annual grants.

Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant. A. Upon completion of the approximately $15.4 million Capital Investment “up fit” of the Lidl Facility, beginning April 30th of the following calendar year, and continuing April 30th of each subsequent year until April 30, 2026, the XXX, subject to the conditions below, will disburse an annual Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant to Lidl in order to effectively reduce all or a portion of the increase in Lidl’s Arlington County real estate taxes resulting from the increase, if any, in the assessed value of the Lidl Facility, which is determined by the Arlington County Department of Real Estate Assessments to be directly attributable to the approximately $15.4 million “up fit” of the Lidl Facility as part of the Capital Investment. B. The amount of the annual Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant will be determined by calculating the difference between (I) the amount of the real estate taxes on the Lidl Facility that would have been due to Arlington County based solely on the Revised Assessment Value and (II) the amount of the real estate taxes that would have been due to Arlington County based solely on the Base Assessment Value (the “Base Assessment Real Estate Taxes”). Such difference shall constitute the annual Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant, provided, however, that the amount of the annual Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant shall not exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the Base Assessment Real Estate Taxes.

  • Rehabilitative Employment (a) During a period of total disability under this plan, a disabled employee may engage in rehabilitative employment in which case the benefit from this plan will be reduced by 50% of the employee's rehabilitative employment income that exceeds $50 per month. The benefit from this plan will be further reduced by the amount that remuneration from rehabilitative employment plus the benefit from the L.T.D. plan exceeds 75% of the employee's basic wage at date of disability. (b) Rehabilitative employment shall mean any occupation or employment for wage or profit or any course or training that entitles the disabled employee to an allowance, provided such rehabilitative employment has the approval of the employee, and his doctor in consultation with the underwriter of the L.T.D. plan. (c) Rehabilitative employment will be deemed to continue until such time as the employee's earnings from rehabilitative employment exceed 75% of his straight time earnings at date of disability but in no event for more than twenty-four (24) months from the date rehabilitative employment commences.

  • Education Incentive A. The following monthly education incentive pay will be paid to each employee upon completing the listed degree and providing proof of completion to the Agency. Associate Degree Two percent (2%) Bachelor Degree Four percent (4%) B. The above percentages will be based upon the employee’s base rate of pay. C. An employee will be entitled to one (1) education incentive pay only. D. Degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher education.

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice In Writing of any such change to the KPIs measured and shall specify the date from which the replacement KPIs must be used for future reports. Such date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice to the Supplier.

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who: (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirement specified in subparagraph 17.05(a)(ii) solely because a concurrent entitlement to benefits under the Disability Insurance (DI) Plan, the Long-term Disability (LTD) Insurance portion of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP) or via the Government Employees Compensation Act prevents the employee from receiving Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits, and (ii) has satisfied all of the other eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 17.05(a), other than those specified in sections (A) and (B) of subparagraph 17.05(a)(iii), shall be paid, in respect of each week of benefits under the parental allowance not received for the reason described in subparagraph (i), the difference between ninety-three per cent (93%) of the employee's rate of pay and the gross amount of his or her weekly disability benefit under the DI Plan, the LTD Plan or via the Government Employees Compensation Act. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.05 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which the employee would have been eligible for parental, paternity or adoption benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan, had the employee not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Management Incentive Plan “Management Incentive Plan” shall mean the Company’s bonus program, as implemented by the Company’s board of directors from time to time and pursuant to which the Executive may receive incentive-based compensation at fiscal year end.

If an employee gives the Board an irrevocable notice of retirement by February 1st three (3) years prior to the school year of retirement, the Board shall pay him/her a six percent (6%) retirement incentive, inclusive of all other increases in TRS creditable compensation, for each of his/her remaining three (3) years of service. If an employee gives the Board an irrevocable notice of retirement by February 1st two (2) years prior to the school year of retirement, the Board shall pay him/her a six percent (6%) retirement incentive, inclusive of all other increases in TRS creditable compensation, for each of his/her remaining two (2) years of service. If an employee gives the Board an irrevocable notice of retirement by February 1st one (1) year prior to the school year of retirement, the Board shall pay him/her a six percent (6%) retirement incentive, inclusive of all other increases in TRS creditable compensation, for his/her remaining year of service. Once an employee submits an irrevocable notice of retirement by February 1st, that employee shall be removed from the salary schedule contained in Article IX of this Agreement. All calculations for increased TRS creditable earnings will be based on the TRS creditable earnings in the year prior to the submission of the irrevocable notice of retirement. Once the employee submits an irrevocable notice of retirement an employee’s creditable earnings shall be increased by six percent (6%) of the previous year, but in no case will the employee’s TRS creditable earnings increase exceed six percent (6%) of the previous year. If, after submitting an irrevocable notice of retirement by February 1st, the employee resigns from, or is dismissed from duties for which the employee was paid a stipend or additional compensation the previous year, the retirement incentive for that employee will be recalculated accordingly. b) To be eligible, an employee must submit an irrevocable notice of retirement by February 1st which must be accompanied by a Teachers’ Retirement System (TRS) member requested “Personal Statement of Benefits” and a “Benefit Estimate” confirmation of total years of service. An employee with ten (10) years of full-time service with Neoga C.U.S.D. No. 3 is considered to be eligible for the retirement incentive by meeting one of the following conditions at the time of retirement: 1) The employee is sixty (60) years of age and has ten (10) years of creditable TRS service. 2) The employee is at least fifty-five (55) years of age and has thirty- five (35) years of creditable TRS service. c) If, during the term of this Agreement, any legislation and/or TRS rules/regulations are enacted or not reenacted and/or adopted or amended that result in a greater cost to the District than the costs generated by this Agreement, or that change the definition of what is subject to the 6% TRS cap, the parties agree that this Section shall be null and void and upon the demand of any party shall meet to bargain language to succeed this paragraph.

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non- performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions: (1) a requirement that the HSP develop and implement an improvement plan that is acceptable to the LHIN; (2) the conduct of a Review; (3) a revision and amendment of the HSP’s obligations; and (4) an in-year, or year end, adjustment to the Funding, among other possible means of responding to the Performance Factor or improving performance. (b) Any performance improvement process begun under a prior service accountability agreement that was not completed under the prior agreement will continue under this Agreement. Any performance improvement required by a LHIN under a prior service accountability agreement will be deemed to be a requirement of this Agreement until fulfilled or waived by the LHIN.

  • Rehabilitation Program The company agrees to the implementation of an agreed worker’s compensation rehabilitation policy. The operation of this policy shall be reviewed on a regular basis. The parties commit to ensuring that the rehabilitation of injured workers is an accepted practice, and that suitable duties are provided when available. No employee will be terminated whilst on workers compensation during the first 12 months without prior consultation with the union. The parties agree that the person responsible for the management of rehabilitation cases must be adequately trained to do the job. If such a person is not available within the company, then the services of an agreed building industry rehabilitation coordination service will be used. The parties to this Agreement shall ensure that any employee who sustains a work related injury, illness or disease, will be afforded every assistance in utilising a rehabilitation program aimed at returning that employee to meaningful employment within the industry.
