Commission Officers. The Commissioners shall select, from among themselves, a Chair who shall be the presiding officer of all Commission meetings, and a Vice Chair who shall serve in the absence of the Chair. In addition, the Commission shall appoint a Secretary and/or Clerk (who need not be Commissioners) to be responsible for keeping the minutes of all meetings of the Commission and posting agendas.
