Meetings of the Commission. 32. (1) The President and the Commissioners may meet together for the transaction of the Commission's business and may adjourn any meeting.

(2) The President or any Commissioner may at any time call a meeting of the Commissioners.
(3) The President shall preside at all meetings of the Commission at which the President is present.
(4) The Deputy President shall preside at any meeting of the Commission at which the President is not present.
(5) The presiding member shall not have a deliberative vote but shall have a casting vote as provided in sub-clauses 34(2) and 96(2).
(6) The two Commissioners for a Contracting Government shall have a joint vote, exercisable in the absence of one by the other.
(7) The presiding member and one Commissioner for each Contracting Government shall be a quorum.

Meetings of the Commission. 3.1 The Commission shall meet at least once per year, but more meetings may take place according to the need for such meetings.
3.2 Meetings of the Commission shall be convened as agreed upon by the three delegations. The venue of meetings shall alternate between the Contracting Parties unless the respective delegations determine otherwise for a particular meeting.
3.3 The leader of the delegation hosting a particular meeting of the Commission, shall in respect of that meeting be chairperson, and will be responsible for the preparation and timeous distribution of the agenda, including all supporting documentation, for the recording of the minutes and for making available a suitable venue.
3.4 Six members of the Commission, at least two of whom shall be of each delegation, shall form a quorum.
3.5 All decisions of the Commission shall be taken on the basis of consensus between the delegations, but in the event that the Commission fails to reach consensus the matter under discussion shall be referred to the Contracting Parties by the respective delegations for further negotiation.
3.6 The Commission shall determine its own rules of procedures.
Meetings of the Commission shall be open to the public; however, the COMMISSION may hold executive meetings. All meetings of the COMMISSION and committees thereof shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
Meetings of the Commission. 1. The Commission shall meet, at least, once every year and as often as needed, or upon request of one of the Parties. The Parties shall agree in writing the date and place of the meeting.
2. The meetings of the Commission shall be held alternately in Belize and in Guatemala.
3. The Parties shall agree in writing on the agenda of each meeting, at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the date of such meeting.

The Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting per year, and there shall be such special meetings as the President of the Authority or a quorum of the Commission may request depending on the pressure of business. The date(s) upon which, and the hour and place at which, any regular meeting shall be held shall be fixed by resolution of the Commission; provided, that all meetings shall be held within the County of Los Angeles. A majority ofthe members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum, and no action other than meeting adjournment shall be taken by the Commission except upon the affirmative vote of a majority of all the members ofthe Commission. All meetings of the Commission, including all regular, special and adjourned meetings, shall be called, noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act (commencing with section 54950 of the California Government Code).
Meetings of the Commission. A. Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held at such times and places as shall be established by the Commission by resolution.
B. All meetings of the Commission including regular, adjourned regular and special meetings shall be called, noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act, Section 54950 through 54960 of the Government Code of the State of California, and other applicable provisions of law.

Meetings of the Commission. 1. Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held on the third Thursday of each month. Special meetings may be held as needed, subject to concurrence of a majority of Commission members. The Commission shall act officially only at meetings of which not less than five days’ written notice has been given; provided, however, that emergency meetings of the Commission may be called by the Chair upon two days’ written notice. The Commission must meet at least four times annually. Notice of all regular and special meetings shall be posted at the Xxxxxx County Courthouse.
2. The Chair, absent objection by any member, may cancel meetings (except those held for the purpose of conducting a public hearing) for cause, including absence of a quorum, lack of business to conduct or other unforeseeable circumstances. Notice of such cancellation shall be given to the members at least 24 hours in advance of the time of the meeting, if possible. Cancelled meetings do not count towards the Commission’s minimum annual meeting requirement.
3. The Chair shall have the agenda prepared for each regular meeting. This agenda shall constitute written notice as specified above in this Section.
4. No official business of the Commission shall be conducted unless a quorum is present. The concurring vote of a quorum is necessary to constitute an official act of the Commission.
Meetings of the Commission. (1) The Commission as a whole shall meet at least once a year alternately in Swaziland and South Africa. Unless otherwise decided by the Parties, Ministers of Foreign Affairs shall jointly preside over the meetings.
(2) Meetings of Senior Government Officials shall be held three times a year and the Director-General of the Department of Foreign Affairs of South Africa and the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Swaziland shall jointly preside over such meetings.
(3) His Excellency the President of the Republic of South Africa and His Majesty the King of Swaziland or in their place, the Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa and the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Swaziland, may meet as and when necessary to discuss matters of mutual interest.
(4) The Commission shall draw up its own rules of procedure.
(5) The date and the agenda of the sessions of the Commission shall be agreed upon by the Parties through their diplomatic channel.
