Commission Participation. The Commission agrees to maximum participation, including contingencies, in the Project in the amount of $416543.00 as detailed in Exhibit "B," or in an amount equal to the percentage(s) of total actual project cost shown in Exhibit "B," whichever is less.
Commission Participation. A Commission representative may participate, as observer, to all the parts of the execution of the work programme. The Commission may request the organisation of TABs at any stage to abandon or modify the development of a certain European Assessment Document when the development is not in line with this Regulation or in case the approach is not efficient or effective in terms of resources and final applicability. The Commission may request the organisation of TABs at any stage to merge parallel processes for the development of European assessment documents, or to split a single process in two, to increase clarity or ensure efficiency in the development process or in the future application of the assessment document under consideration. In case the TABs involved do not agree on a European assessment document within the time limits provided for, the organisation of TABs shall submit the matter to the Commission for appropriate resolution, including through instructions to the organisation of TABs on how to complete its work.
