Commitment Term. The term of this Agreement and the City's participation in the Program (the "Commitment Term") will commence on January 16, 2022 and shall continue through November 30, 2022. This Agreement, and the City's participation in the Program, will automatically terminate, without the need for any action by either party hereto, at the end of the Commitment Term.
Commitment Term. The "TERM" of the Commitment hereunder shall be for a period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the Facility Termination Date, or such later date as the Note Purchaser and the Issuer may agree to in writing, in their sole and absolute discretion.

Commitment Term. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof ---------------- and of the Participation Agreement, each Lender severally agrees to make term loans to Borrower ("Loans") on each Advance Date and, during a Construction ----- Period, on any Payment Date on which interest shall be capitalized, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed, for all dates on which Loans are made, the amount of such Lender's Commitment. LIBO Rate Loans shall be made by each Lender at its LIBOR Office. The term of this Loan Agreement shall expire on the Final Maturity Date.
Commitment Term. Customer accepts that following the delivery of any Equipment under the VaaS Program, Customer commits to a five (5) year subscription term for such Equipment at the rate provided in the Ordering Documents (the “Initial Commitment Term”). If Customer, for any reason, terminates any of its obligations to Motorola prior to expiration of the applicable Commitment Term (as defined below), Customer will be subject to the payments described in Section 6.7.2 – Termination hereunder.

Commitment Term. Purchaser's commitment to purchase the Commitment Amount of Common Stock from the Company, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, shall expire on the first anniversary of the Closing Date (the "Commitment Term"); provided, however, the Company shall have the option to extend the term of the commitment for an additional 12 months by giving written notice to Purchaser of its intention to exercise such option not less than 60 days prior to the expiration of the Commitment Term. Upon the exercise of such option, the Commitment Amount for such additional twelve-month period shall be increased by an additional Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) ( the "Renewed Commitment Amount"). The Company may, at its option, terminate the Commitment, including the Renewed Commitment Amount at any time; provided, however, the Company shall pay a termination fee equal to (x) .10 multiplied by (y) the Commitment Amount plus the Renewed Commitment Amount, if applicable, less the sum of the Initial Put Amount plus all Subsequent Put Amounts paid by Purchaser prior to the date of such termination, as applicable on the date of termination.
