Commitment to an Effective Drug Interdiction Program. The CITY and the ASSOCIATION agree that Officers may be called upon in hazardous situations without warning, and that it is imperative to the interest of the Officers and the public to ensure that Officers are not substance impaired. In order to further their joint interest in protecting Officers and the public, the CITY and the ASSOCIATION agree to mandatory drug testing as described in this Section. The CITY and the ASSOCIATION have a mutual interest in ensuring that drug impaired Officers do not perform law enforcement duties. The CITY and the ASSOCIATION are committed to the principle that the mandatory drug testing policy for Officers is designed and shall be administered to result in disciplinary action only against those Officers who have violated the Police Department's rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

  • EPP query-­‐command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a query command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP query command. It does not include packets needed for the start or close of either the EPP or the TCP session. EPP query commands are those described in section 2.9.2 of EPP RFC 5730.   • Retainage for Unacceptable Corrective Action Plan or Plan Failure If the corrective action plan is unacceptable to the Department or Customer, or implementation of the plan fails to remedy the performance deficiencies, the Department or Customer will retain ten percent (10%) of the total invoice amount. The retainage will be withheld until the Contractor resolves the performance deficiencies. If the performance deficiencies are resolved, the Contractor may invoice the Department or Customer for the retained amount. If the Contractor fails to resolve the performance deficiencies, the retained amount will be forfeited to compensate the Department or Customer for the performance deficiencies.
