Committee and Working Group Work Product. Participants acknowledge that, subject to the other provisions of this IP Policy, the copyrights and all other rights in or to the materials produced in or by committees and/or working groups of the SDA (“Work Product”), including without limitation Specifications and related documentation developed by SDA committees and/or working groups, is owned by the SDA and SDA may register such copyright in its own name. Such materials are owned by the SDA as a “work for hire” as set forth in the US Copyright Act. To the extent that all such rights in Work Product are not vested in SDA as a “work for hire” all such Participants agree to assign and hereby assign all rights in and to the Work Product to the SDA and further agree to take any actions reasonably requested by SDA to perfect SDA’s ownership in the Work Product, including execution of additional documents of assignment.

  • JOINT WORK PRODUCT This Agreement is the joint work product of H-GAC and the Contractor. This Agreement has been negotiated by H-GAC and the Contractor and their respective counsel and shall be fairly interpreted in accordance with its terms and, in the event of any ambiguities, no inferences shall be drawn against any party.

  • Working Group 1.   • Work Product All Work Product shall belong exclusively to the State, with the State having the sole and exclusive right to apply for, obtain, register, hold and renew, in its own name and/or for its own benefit, all patents and copyrights, and all applications and registrations, renewals and continuations thereof and/or any and all other appropriate protection. To the extent exclusive title and/or complete and exclusive ownership rights in and to any Work Product may not originally vest in the State by operation of law or otherwise as contemplated hereunder, Contractor shall immediately upon request, unconditionally and irrevocably assign, transfer and convey to the State all right, title and interest therein.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Committee Work All time spent by employees on Employer established committees and committees mentioned in this contract (including side letters) shall be considered time worked and shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay. Time spent on committee work will not be counted towards the calculation of overtime.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget 1. The Recipient shall, not later than November 30th of each year, prepare and furnish to the Association an annual work plan and budget (“Annual Work Plan and Budget”) for the Project for the subsequent year, said Annual Work Plan and Budget of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested.

  • Annual Work Plans (a) The Recipient shall prepare in accordance with guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than March 31 in each calendar year, a proposed annual work plan and budget for the Project for the following fiscal year of the Recipient, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request.

  • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day. Curriculum committee work shall occur at such times as are determined or approved by the Curriculum Director.
