Common use of Committee Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Every academic unit offering credit courses shall be governed by a Departmental or Centre Committee, and every faculty member shall be a member of one (1) or more Departmental or Centre Committee(s). x. Xxxxx and Associate Deans shall not participate in Departmental or Centre Committee meetings unless invited by the Department or Centre to do so. With reasonable advance notice, Xxxxx and Associate Xxxxx may request an invitation to a Committee meeting in order to place a specific item or items on the agenda and to speak to the item(s).
