Common use of Committees/Teams Clause in Contracts

Committees/Teams. The Minister will be an ex officio member, without vote, of all committees, task forces, or teams except a Ministerial Search Committee formed following the announcement of the Minister’s retirement or departure. The Minister will confer, as needed, with each committee on how best to work together to serve the Mission of the Congregation. Attendance by the Minister at committee meetings is welcome, but not routinely expected.8
