COMMON AREAS - DEFINITIONS Sample Clauses
The 'Common Areas - Definitions' clause establishes the specific meaning of 'common areas' within a property or development agreement. It typically outlines which spaces—such as lobbies, hallways, parking lots, or shared amenities—are considered common and therefore subject to shared use and maintenance by all tenants or occupants. By clearly defining these areas, the clause ensures all parties understand their rights and responsibilities regarding access, upkeep, and usage, thereby preventing disputes and promoting efficient management of shared spaces.
