Common use of COMMON MAINTENANCE Clause in Contracts

COMMON MAINTENANCE. EXPENSES – shall mean and include all expenses for maintenance, management, upkeep and administration of the Common Areas and Common Facilities and Amenities and for rendition of common services in common to the Allottees as mentioned in the Fifth Schedule hereunder written and all other expenses for the Common Purpose to be contributed, borne, paid and shared by the Allottee(s);

EXPENSES – shall mean and include all expenses for maintenance, management, upkeep and administration of the Common Areas and Common Facilities and Amenities and for rendition of common services in common to the Allottees as mentioned in the Fifth Fourth Schedule hereunder written and all other expenses for the Common Purpose to be contributed, borne, paid and shared by the Allottee(s);
