Communication of Contents of Agreement. During Executive’s employment and for one year thereafter, Executive will communicate his obligations under this Section 7 to any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity which Executive intends to be employed by, associated with, or represent.
Communication of Contents of Agreement. During Executive's employment and for three (3) years thereafter, Executive will communicate the contents of this Agreement to any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity which Executive intends to be employed by, associated with, or represent and which is engaged in a business that is competitive to the business of the Company.
Communication of Contents of Agreement. While employed by the Company and for 18 months thereafter, the Executive shall communicate the contents of this paragraph 7 to any Person that the Executive intends to be employed by, associated with or represent.
Communication of Contents of Agreement. During Grantee’s employment and for one year thereafter, Grantee will communicate his obligations under this Section to any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity which Grantee intends to be employed by, associated with, or represent.
Communication of Contents of Agreement. During the Term of Employment and during any additional period in which the covenants contained in Sections 6.1 and 6.2 of this Agreement remain in effect, Executive will communicate the contents of this Agreement to any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity which he intends to represent, be employed by, be associated with, and which is engaged in a business that competes with the business of the Company.
Communication of Contents of Agreement. For two (2) years following the Termination Date, Executive will communicate his obligations under this Section 6 to any Person which Executive intends to be employed by, associated with, or represent.
Communication of Contents of Agreement. (i) During the Executive’s employment with the Company and for the period of twelve (12) months following the termination of Executive’s employment, Executive will communicate the contents of this paragraph 3 to any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity which Executive intends to be employed by, associated with, or represent and which is engaged in a business that is competitive to the Company’s Business. (ii) The Parties further agree that this Agreement and all matters relating to the existence, terms and contents of this Agreement, including any and all discussions leading to this Agreement (“Agreement-Related Information”), shall be and remain confidential and shall not be disclosed by the Parties or on their behalf in any manner, form or media without the prior written consent of the other Parties; provided, however, that (i) Executive may disclose Agreement- Related Information to members of his immediate family or as required under paragraph (f)(i) above, (ii) Crysteel may disclose Agreement-Related Information to its Boards of Directors and for any reasonable business purpose, and (iii) the Parties are permitted to disclose Agreement-Related Information to their attorneys, financial or tax advisors, to state and federal taxing authorities and other governmental authorities and to enforce this Agreement as required by law or legal process. (g)
Communication of Contents of Agreement. While employed by the Company and during the Restricted Period, Employee may disclose the contents of Section 8 of this Agreement regarding his post-employment obligations to any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity that Employee intends to be employed by, associated with, or represent.
Communication of Contents of Agreement. While employed by the Company and during the Non-Competition Period, the Executive shall communicate the contents of this paragraph 7 to any Person that the Executive intends to be employed by, associated with or represent.
Communication of Contents of Agreement. During the term of this Agreement and for two (2) years thereafter, Consultant will disclose the existence of the restrictions and obligations set forth in Sections 5 and 6 of this Agreement and of the entire Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement to any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity that Consultant intends to be employed by, associated with, or represent. During the term of this Agreement and for three (3) years thereafter, Consultant will provide notice to the Company of any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation or other entity that Consultant becomes employed by, associated with, or represents.
