Communications Channels. For the purposes of communications related to the transactions contemplated hereunder, Solidus and the Counterparty may use a variety of communications channels, including i) email, ii) telephonic or video chat conversation, iii) chat applications (e.g., Skype, Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.) and iv) any other form of communication mutually agreed to by the parties.

Communications Channels. Issuer shall administer the “communications channel” for the Offering on the Platform in accordance with policies established by the Funding Portal.

  • Communications Protocol The Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the communications protocol provided for in Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol).
