Communications to Trustee. All communications required hereunder from the Employer or the Plan Administrator to the Trustee shall be in writing signed by an officer of the Employer or a person authorized by the Plan Administrator to sign on its behalf. Any corporate action by the Employer pursuant to any of the provisions of the Plan shall be evidenced by an instrument in writing executed on behalf of the Employer by a duly authorized officer thereof. Any notice, direction, order, request, certification or instruction of the Administrative Committee to the Trustee shall be in writing and shall be signed by two members of the Administrative Committee. The Trustee and every other person shall be entitled to rely conclusively upon any and all such notices, direction, orders, requests, certifications and instructions received from the Employer or the Administrative Committee and reasonably believed to be properly executed, and shall act and be fully protected in acting in accordance therewith.
